By creating an account or using Storefront Sniper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Storefront Sniper is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that monitors Amazon seller storefronts and provides product discovery, profitability calculations, and sourcing tools for Amazon FBA sellers. We scan publicly available Amazon storefront data to help you find new products.
3. Account Registration
To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Free Trial and Paid Plans
New users may receive a free trial with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any laws or Amazon's terms of service
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute data obtained through the service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
6. Referral Program
Users may earn referral tokens by inviting others to the platform. Referral abuse — including self-referrals, fake accounts, or coordinated referral schemes — will result in suspension of referral privileges and may result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
Storefront Sniper, its design, features, and content are owned by Storefront Sniper and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the service or its content.
8. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers
Product data, pricing, and profitability calculations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. You are responsible for verifying product information before making purchasing decisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storefront Sniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
